At SkyCenter One we have all the latest gadgets for teleconferencing, screen sharing and printing from anywhere. But what if you want to send some mail– the old fashioned way? Well, good news! SkyCenter One now officially has its own mailbox.
The Records and Information Center (RIC) recently completed the install of an outgoing mail slot at the automated locker system.
Employees can immediately begin using the slot for any outgoing mail that is ready to send. Mail deposited in the slot prior to 3:30 p.m. will allow staff in the RIC Center time to sort and postmark the envelopes before the courier arrives to pick up the mail at 4:00 p.m.
If your envelope is too big to fit in the slot, feel free to stop by the RIC suite on floor 5 to speak with a team member for assistance.
The mail slot is located directly under the user screen for accessing your lockers as highlighted below in red.
You can also visit the RIC suite for any envelopes or mailing supplies you might need.
